What we collect
When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect the email address you submit. We also may receive basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as browser and device data collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
How we use email
We use your email address to send Live Play Grow updates: NJ day trips, hands-on activities, printables, and related notes. Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Beehiiv, our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
We do not sell your data
Live Play Grow does not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information.
Optional analytics
The optional controls in Privacy choices correspond to these services: Traffic analytics uses Google Analytics; Interaction analytics uses Mixpanel; and Usage statistics uses Vercel Analytics.
We use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Vercel Analytics to understand visits, useful pages, interactions, and newsletter signup counts so we can improve Live Play Grow. Google Analytics uses cookies; Mixpanel uses a randomly generated browser identifier stored on your device. We do not link analytics to your newsletter email or create named user profiles. These identifiers can recognize repeat visits, so this information is pseudonymous rather than completely anonymous. Vercel Analytics provides cookie-free usage statistics.
Mixpanel automatically captures page views, clicks, scrolling, and form submission activity, with form contents and sensitive areas excluded. We do not send newsletter email addresses, full ZIP codes, or free-text input values to analytics. Session recording and advertising personalization are disabled in our integration. Analytics providers receive network requests from your browser and process data under their own policies: Google, Mixpanel, and Vercel.
Your analytics choice
We use our host Vercel’s approximate country information to decide whether to ask before loading analytics. We ask visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and when their location is unknown. Elsewhere, optional analytics is enabled by default unless you have declined it.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, reject, or choose individual analytics providers at any time. Rejecting analytics does not affect browsing, the adventure finder, or newsletter signup. Klaro stores your choice on this device for up to six months as an essential setting. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and clears relevant browser identifiers; the page may reload to apply the change. It does not delete data already received by providers. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
